May 24th 2025 will ever remain indelible in the minds and hearts of the Family of Assistant Comptroller General of Customs, ACG, Sambo Dangaladima, as his son ties the nuptial knot with his heart throb which took place at the Anuniey Mosque, Wuse 2, Abuja.
The Dowrie was paid in the presence of the Executive Governor of Kebbi state and the former Governor of Kebbi state, Senator Aliero with Senior Customs officers in attendance to cheer and add value to the marital process of Peace, Love and fruitful union.
In attendance were; The Comptroller General of Customs, Adewale Adeniyi MFR, who attended the reception; DCG Hamzat GUMMI (Rtd), DCG Mohammed Abba- Kura( Rtd), DCG Chiroma, ACG Auwal Mohammed, ACG Zanna Gaji, ACG Imam BABA, ACG Kingsley Egwu, ACG Yusuf Sanni, ACG Hussaini Ejibunu, ACG Bashir Abubakar ( Rtd), ACG Yusuf Malanta ( Rtd), Compt. Mohammed Babandede, Compt Aliyu Kaita, Compt. Effiong Harrison, Compt. Abdullahi Balogun, Compt. Immaculata Nyong, Compt. Ibrahim Mbuddifu, Compt. Comfort Ukpanna, Compt Tijani Abe, Compt. Abubakar Umar, Compt Chika Dim, Compt Chidi Nwokorei, Compt. Mustapha Hashim,Compt Matawale, Compt. Ekarika Williams and Compt. Chukwudi Ogbonna.
In his remarks, ACG Auwal Mohammed, said, ” I wish the couple a Peaceful and fruitful union. They should always put Allah first in all their dealings and be very patient with each other with mutual respect. ”
Reacting, DCG Hamzat GUMMI, said, ” Tony Nzekwe; it’s a good omen for a father seeing his or her child getting married. I pray Allah shall continue to direct and take control of their union. They should always be patient, persevere and be humble to each other. ”
In his remarks, the Customs Area Controller, Murtala Mohammed International Airport, Ikeja Lagos, Compt Effiong Harrison, said, ” Is a thing of Joy and favour from God for a father to be alive and witness the marital vows of his or her child. I use this opportunity to wish them a fruitful and peaceful union. ”
Earlier in his remarks, the host, ACG Sambo Dangaladima, asserted, “The husband should not promise what he cannot afford; no fake life. There should be sincerity of purpose and emotions. The husband must Love and be able to tolerate his wife at all times irrespective of odds because Marriage is not always a bed of roses. They should always communicate with each other with mutual respect and fear of Allah. “
