There’s need for an all Inclusive purposeful and United leadership in the Association of Nigerian Licensed Customs Agents, ANLCA, at Onne Port,Rivers State.
This information was disclosed by Mike Ebeatu at a dinner organized in his honour by Positive Minds Initiative.
Mike Ebeatu who also is vying for the chairmanship position of the association forth coming chapter election.
He asserted, ” ANLCA needs a leader that can rally all members with unity of purpose and interest for the collective growth and mutual respect for the association.”
Adding, ” A good Leader strength is the strength of the followship aimed to achieve collective interest. We are here for dinner and not for Campaign.”
In his remarks, the Chairman of. ANLCA Aba chapter, Chief Obinna Nwachukwu, said, ” We are all here to bring a Positive change in our profession and show we can’t be working as errand boys to government agencies rather we should see ourselves as partners in progress.”
Obinna posited, ” Mike Ebeatu is a man that has always shown Commitment and readiness to protect, preserve and enhance the interest and welfare of members of ANLCA in Onne Seaport.”
He frowned at a position and senario were Customs and other government agencies are seen as gods rather than partners in progress.
Most stakeholders in attendance lauds the humility, discipline and Unalloyed Commitment of Mike Ebeatu in creating a peaceful and robust cordial relationships with all relevant stakeholders and operators at Onne Port.
