A chief Magistrate court sitting in Lokoja has remanded Senator Dino Maleye, in Police Custody over alleged gun running untill June 11 for further hearing .The Senator is standing trial on a seven count charge on Criminal Conspiracy and unlawful possession of Firearms. An oral bail application by the defendants lead counsel ,Mike Ozkekohme,was rejected by the senior Judge, Justice Sulyman Abdullah, sitting the Possibility of jeopardizing on going investigation.
