The Incumbent Chairman, Association of Nigerian Licensed customs Agents, ANLCA, Chief Kingsley Offor, has said “Association of Nigerian Licensed customs Agents (ANLCA) is one united and indivisible body with one collective vision and mission aimed to protect and enhance interest and welfare of members in accordance with the constitution of the Association”
Offor disclosed this information at a press briefing in a port-Harcourt sequel to his re-election bid for a second – term as chairman, ANLCA, Onne chapter, Rivers State.
Kingsley Offor thanked all members of the Association’s board of Trustees & NECOM for their commitment and steadfastness in propagating the gospel of Truth, unity and Justice in the interest and development of the great ANLCA. He continued, faithful to remain focus and steadfast on the Associations tenets with a view to ensure adequate synergies and partnerships with all relevant stakeholders at the Port aimed to enthrone conducive working environment and seamless cargo clearance” Offor, added, that “ANLCA Onne chapter has achieved tremendous impacts in the interest and welfare of members, such as provision of 36 sitter coaster bus, medical care for all members and on the Job training of members in line with global challenges. He urged all members to come on board to serve ANLCA because it’s a self-serving Mission for the interest of all members and the growth of the association”. He asserted that “ANLCA has continued to develop and sustain conducive and cordial working relationship with Customs, SON, NAFDAC and all relevant stakeholders”.
Adding, “I will always retain my open and all inclusive policy for all members irrespective of their status because ANLCA is one united and individual body”
His words: “ANLCA has good working relationship with customs and work compliance in line with the fiscal policies of the federal Govt.”
He also appeal to SON and NAFDAC to continue to fine tune all grey areas aimed to ensure seamless cargo clearance at the port.
Finally, he called on all Government agencies at the port to re-strategized and enforce fast track compliance on smooth and seamless cargo clearance with a view to facilitate trade, enforce Easy of Doing Business and enhance revenue generation to the federal government in accordance with the law.
