In accordance with the Association of Nigerian Licensed Customs Agents,ANLCA, Supreme Constitution section 7 (1) 2013 (as amended) the National President, Association of Nigerian Licensed Customs Agents (ANLCA), Mr. Emenike Nwokeoji, has reconstituted the association’s national standing and special committees.
Those appointed are ANLCA faithfuls who have proven their dexterity and display high ethical conduct in the discharge of their duties and upheld the tenets of the Association.
Amongst those members include; Sir John Ofobike- chairman,Customs Relations, Okhosimhe John-chairman, Biometric & International Relations, Alhaji Ayokunle Sulaiman, SSA Media, Barr. Raymond Oyimba- Principal Staff Officer, .
In addition, Comrade Soleji Goddy-chairman Presidential Monitoring Task Force-West, Mike Ebeatu, Presidential Monitoring Task Force-East, Pius Ujubuonu- SSA Strategy & Intelligence, Ovien Imonite-chairman, Single Window Committee; among others.
This information was contained in a statement issued and signed by the SSA Media, Sulaiman. It reads in part: “After a rigorous and stringent selection process, the National President has appointed some members of our great association into special and standing National committees to assist in the day to day running of the association in their respective positions.”
The statement added, “The appointment is with immediate effect and the inauguration day will be published soon and is expected to be done at the eastern, northern and western zone, concurrently.”
Reacting to the development, Mike Ebeatu, thanked the National President for the opportunity and confidence reposed in him and reassured him of his unalloyed commitment and unwavering zeal to achieve results in line with the National President Vision and Mission for the Association.
Most stakeholders in the Eastern Zone has applauded the decision of the National President describing it as Opt, timely and a round peg in a round hole. A prominent Licensed Customs Agent who confided in GLOBAL RAYS Media, said, ” Mike Ebeatu is visionary, Pragmatic and a pace-setter in all his endeavors and am sure he will succeed and activate adequately the goals of the national President. ”
