In a bid to reduce if not eradicate the rate and ratio of youths unemployment and unrest; propensities of widows suffering and challenges; integrate the vulnerable in the society and create job opportunities for gainful employment and sustainability.
The CHIKAREN BAUCHI FOUNDATION has earmarked a line up of several programmes and projects aimed to compliment the state government efforts at alleviating the hardship experienced by citizens and non citizens of Bauchi State. The foundation is a non governmental organization hinged on Collective Empowerment for Education and Productivity.( CEEP).
CEEP is a brain child of Retired Comptroller of Customs, Compt. Mohammed Umar, the CHIKAREN of Bauchi, who worked for 35 years with merit, discipline, integrity, high ethical standards and resourcefulness in Nigeria Customs Service.
Mohammed Umar; a man of impeccable character, down- to earth, accessable and ready-willing to empower for possibilities.
Having proven his mettle and dexterity in Nigeria Customs Service; CHIKAREN of Bauchi Foundation was established to give back to the society particularly Bauchi citizens a sense of belonging and Living.
The Foundation is open to Collaboration; Partnership and Synergies with a view to Empower, Educate and Create Gainful employment for sustainable livelihood.
The Programmes and Projects of the Foundation will kick off very soon as a veritable tool to bring laughter and succour to Bauchi indigenes and compliment the good work of the state government.
