Discipline anchored on hard work with proactive results driven impacts it’s always a sin qua non for reward and appreciation, sequel to the backdrop a Lagos Based Media organization, FrontLine Reporters, has conferred on the Kanwan Katsina District Head of Ketare Alhaji Usman Bello Kankara a prestigious award of Media Friendly Royal Father.
This information was contained in a statement signed by the Sarkin Labarun Kanwan Katsina, Jamilu Hashimu Gora and made available to newsmen.
The statement reads in part: “Sequel to his consistent discipline, resourcefulness, integrity and high results oriented driven community impacts the FrontLine Leadership award was presented to The Kanwan Katsina Alhaji Usman Bello Kankara during a glittering ceremony held at Welcome Center International Hotels Lagos and was attended by distinguished guest, Community Leaders, Media Personalities, and well wishers who gathered to celebrate his outstanding achievements and various contributions.”
It added,. “The management of the media organization deemed it fit to confer the prestigious Leadership award to the Royal Father in recognition and appreciation of his exceptional efforts in fostering a strong and cordial relationship between the Media and the traditional institutions as well as promoting transparency, cultural heritage and community development.”
The statement further said, “The FrontLine Reporters describes Alhaji Usman Bello Kankara as a former public Relations Officer PRO of the Nigeria Customs Service and now a traditional ruler who has demonstrated remarkable dedication to upholding the traditions and values of Ketare Royal Heritage by embracing the power of the media to connect with the wider public.”
As a retired Customs Comptroller, FrontLine Reporters acknowledged, “The efforts of Alhaji Usman Bello Kankara in using the media to enhance and foster Customs and Traditions of the region and the pivotal role they play in the society.”
