In recognition and appreciation of his good conduct and pragmatic efficient service delivery in Nigeria Customs Service, the Chairman Association of Nigerian Licensed Customs Agents,ANLCA, Onne chapter, Mike Ebeatu, has said, “The Nigeria Customs Service Onne Command has consistently remain on value addition and fiscal policies compliance in accordance with the extant laws.”
The Chairman disclosed this information in an exclusive chat with GLOBAL RAYS Media.
Mike added, ” Since assumption of Office the Customs Area Controller, Compt. Imam BABA, has injected a new spirit of value addition and robust synergies with strong adherence to the fiscal policies of the Federal government on imports and exports ”
He asserted, ” The CAC is an astute and intelligent results driven officer who discharges all his responsibilities with competency and utmost professionalism in line with the fiscal policies of the federal government.”
Mike recalled, ” His assumption of Office has promoted the zeal for officers and men to learn and get acquainted with the need for seamless and fast track cargo documentation and clearance aimed to generate more revenue; that’s why the revenue profile of the command has continued to be on the increase.”
The ANLCA chairman, Onne chapter, asserted, ” For over two decades of my experience as a licensed Customs Agent, I have not seen an open all inclusive, accessable and proactive senior customs officer like Compt. Imam BABA ”
Adding, ” Within three months of his stewardship at Onne customs command he has upgraded the command operational facilities, refurbish offices, created a more enabling and condusive working environment with Licensed Customs Agents, Freight Forwarders and critical operators at Onne seaport with seamless and results oriented relationships.”
Mike Ebeatu reaffirmed, “Licensed Customs Agents and other stakeholders has resolved unanimously to give him the needed and necessary cooperation and support to achieve his mandate at Onne seaport.”
