The Association of Nigerian Licensed Customs Agents, ANLCA, has laid to rest the on going speculation and alleged impersonation paraded by one Mr Obi Chima Best as the Chairman ANLCA, Association Electoral Commission (ASECO).
ASECO is a body in ANLCA saddle with the responsibilities to conduct elections and ensure a smooth transition from one executive to another.
However, in a Swift reaction, the National President of ANLCA, Hon.Tony Iju Nwabunike, has debunked the information and authoritatively declared that Barr. Oyimba Raymond. Enekwechi, is the authentic and valid Chairman of ASECO as ratified by National Executive Council (NEC) .
This information was contained in a disclaimer issued signed by the National Secretary of ANLCA, Alhaji Abdulazeez Babatunde and made available to GLOBAL RAYS.
” Consequently, Obi Chima Best has been a member/ staff of North Atlantic Transit Limited a defaulter corporate company with personal staff I.D no: EZ1500000178 is not and does not qualifies even if any as a non stakeholder nominal director without single share of his corporate employer.”no
It asserted, ” The general public and members of ANLCA is hereby enjoined to disregards such publication as expired Board of Trustees and Non shareholder ordinary corporate member does not perform ASECO committee function in ANLCA.”
