Ahmed Mohammed ketso was born on July 27, 1969 ketso village from kade District of Mokwa Local Government Area of Niger State. He had his Elementary Education at Ketso Primary School between 1976 and 1981. He was at Government Technical College, Eyagi-Bida for his Secondary Education where he bagged his West African school Certificate in 1986. Aihaji Ketso was in the federal polytechnic Bida for his tertiary educatin financial studies.
Ketso had an enviable career as Business executive and subsequently a Director at Muhai industrial company and Muhai Brothers Investments respectively, from 1993 to 2000. The period between 2007 and 2011 saw him go through go through several political engagements. His dexterity and high sense of honesty, accountability, loyalty, resourcefulness and experience in politics made him the right choice for the position of a deputy governor for Aihaji Abubakar Sani Bello in the 2015 general elections.
